Mission Statement

We believe with all our heart in the ecumenical creeds of the Christian Church: The Apostle’s Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed. We subscribe to the following confessions of the Reformation: the Heidelberg Catechism, the Belgic Confession, the Canons of the Synod of Dordt, and the Westminster Standards. Rev. Kayayan subscribed particularly to the Confession of Faith of the Reformed Church of France (1559), having been converted to the Reformed faith through the pastoral and theological writings of John Calvin.

The following convictions express the nature and scope of the ministry of Christians for Armenia:

  • The resurrected Lord entrusts to His Church the missionary task both as a royal decree and as His heavenly gift.
  • The Lord’s presence accompanies his ministers wherever His word is faithfully proclaimed in the power of the Holy Spirit.
  • God has a chosen people whom He calls and converts to Himself through the proclamation of the Gospel.
  • No cultural, linguistic, or ethnic barriers will hinder the reception of and belief in the Gospel
  • Radio and television are a gift from the Lord to His church for use in her primary mission: the faithful proclamation of His Word.
